Throughout your St. Patrick’s Day festivities, you’ll need some delicious bread to go along with those tasty cider cocktails. Make sure to have some Magners® Cider Bread on hand for the holiday!
Magners® Cider Bread
Prehead oven to 375°.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. bottle of Magners® Original Cider
- 3 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 3/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts (optional)
Mix all ingredients and pour into your preferred bread pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
